Fluid Service Is Very Important

October 24th, 2018 by

Vehicles are similar to humans in the sense they require fluid to stay functioning. While humans require water, and only water, vehicles rely on a unique palette of fluids to stay in tip-top shape.

Engine oil is the most important fluid, bar none, and needs to be changed between every 4,000 miles and 6,000 miles driven. In case you don’t drive often, change it annually. Transmission fluid is another must-have when it comes to vehicular functioning. It must be checked monthly, and should be replaced, give or take, every 80,000 miles driven. Radiator fluid, also called coolant, helps keep the internal workings of your vehicle cooled off, and should be replaced every few years.
