Helpful Tips to Increase Visibility from Sun Glare While Driving
The team here at our dealership wanted to pass on a few tips to reduce glare so you are safe while behind the wheel on the road.
One way to reduce glare from the sun in your vehicle is simply keeping your windshield clean. A thin layer of dirt or film can really reduce your visibility, now it is compounded when the glare of the sun reduces your sight even further. Clean both the inside and outside of the windshield, making sure to remove anything in your sight line.
If you want to be able to see clearly while driving in direct sun glare, avoid storing anything on the dashboard. Things like papers can actually reflect that sunlight into the cabin and right into your eyes as you drive.
